RE:RE:votingI also voted against everything except the auditors, They are giving away 93% of the company and stealing the last 7%. Hope all the directors get voted out, although you actually don't vote them out, you just withhold your vote for them. The directors get to decide who goes if they don't get enough support but they can decide everyone stays even with no support. Such a corrupt lot.
