RE:4 m bird shares/ 31m sox shares=0.129
You are comparing apples and oranges. On a dollar basis, $4 million / 31 million shares = 13c.

On a share basis, you are getting 0.02 of a BDT share. BDT is at $6.67. $6.67 * .02 = 13c.

The question is, why are the shares still trading at 40c??? I get trading at a premium (if some view a competining bid is likely), but over 3x the value???? I don't understand. I would be selling every share I have.
