to me, Q4 is .02

For some reason, you have mutliplies the full year .11 by 4 and got .44 which is incorrect.

Management said EPS for the FULL YEAR IS > .10

Management expects significant revenue growth in 2020

Earnings per Share (EPS) > $0.10.
