so to really buy this mine what ratios of the other companies do I need? they all have different books, debts, share numbers, etc etc,, be nice and clean if this mine was spun off with 100% ownership.. too messy now.. and when that happens who gets what? 
the financing structure that touton and amercian have to pony up for costs... they won't be able to get billions in financing.. 
This bull needs to be taken by the horns and get it in shape.. one company, 100% owned ..get rid of the joint venture 


This really is not as big a deal as some may think. AMK and TUO will spinout their 20% to the right buyer that's it and continue with their  operations. All IMO!
