RE:How is the financials? The nearest short term catalyst would be resubmission of their BLA for Ryplazim which is supposed to be this quarter however they have a very very long history of missing deadlines.
They haven't released their Q2 financials however they have been burning cash at a high rate so I would expect that shortly after they announce the resubmission of the BLA they will need to dilute in order to raise additional funds.
Near future I would expect negative money per share for at least the next 12 months and probably longer.
Profit sharing company? Not even close. Cheating company? Let's just say I would trust Jeffrey Epstein & Ghislane Maxwell to babysit and Bernie Madoff to hold my wallet before I would trust this company's management.
IMO this company as a long term play is equivalent to a 50/50 roulette bet at best. The current spike will likely wither away within 2 -4 weeks unless they are smart enough to followup with the BLA resubmission before the end of August. Certainly money can be made day trading/shorting on the volatility but you will need to pick your entry points and exit points very carefully if you have disposable cash for a quick speculative play depending upon entry you might do okay but I think if you are looking for a well manged spec play look elsewhere.
This company pulled a move that would make even Enron blush with envy I'm not going to go over the details as it has been gone over ad nauseum in prior posts although you will have to go way back to find it as our resident Newspamo and Realspammy ensure their rah rah copy and paste posts and juvenille name calling of anyone critiquing the company cover up the bullboard.
Good Luck
