RE:RE:RE:RE:So you guys are getting .02 a share for the take overStuart Olson’s success in the past always depended on solid backlog that was made up on the Buildings groups side of CM, Design Build etc. but not Stip Sum Projects as these were low fee projects. Industrial focused on Stip Sum and time and material type projects and Canem had a mixture of Design Build, Stip Sum. This was always a good mixture for most part however since LeMay’s involvement this changed mostly all to Stip Sum projects and although SOX say 1.6B in backlog it is for most part low fee projects and high risk with little reward.
What bothers me more at this point is that LeMay brought Joette Decore back to help with the Bird / SOX transaction as a consultant and as a shareholder I’m absolutely devastated with this move. This “lady” was personally responsible for a huge part of where SOX is today with her Rookie decisions and and many people left due to her inability to work with people. Decore retired in December just to come back working as a consultant at a premium rate??? Absolutely not acceptable and just shows LeMay’s inability to make sound decisions. I’m absolutely convinced these two people only work to fill their own pockets and don’t care a bit about any employee, shareholder or even the Bird team moving forward.
