Smithfield Farms - Duke Energy

They must be getting into supplying upgraders for Smithfield's pig farms.  There is a quotebook of over $900M, it wouldn't surprise me if this XEBEC service centre is part of the picture to support RNG (and eventual XBC upgraders) for Smitfield's pig farms.
