RE:RE:RE:RE:Anyone know a lawyer?So you still have 112,500 defuct Eagle shares worth nothing. They are still there.You never know, someone might buy the remainder of the company (maybe a penny a share) for the tax write-off as the capital and operating losses are the only asset left. Of course they have to do it in a creative way as Revenue Canada does not look favourably on purchasing tax losses only.
