Stock Price While Halted.

Stock Price While Halted.Just wondering if the stock price can move while a stock is halted? If I click on buy it lists the stock at .70 cents.Same if I click on sell. It says this security is halted but lists .70 cents again. Anyone else finding this with their online brokers? Also is their any way to sell a stock when it is halted? Is it possible to sell it on the US side? I'm not planning on selling just wondering. Sorry if this has already been discussed before. GLTA still holding.
