as per a press release, what happened to thisThe Company is pleased to announce that the Definitive Agreement transaction deadline specified in its Letter of Intent with World Agri Minerals Ltd. (“WAM LOI”) previously announced in the Company’s news release dated June 3, 2020 has been extended to July 31, 2020. The terms of the WAM LOI are subject to change as determined in the Definitive Agreement.
