Black Iron Inc. is a Canada-based iron ore exploration and development company, advancing its 100% owned Shymanivske Iron Ore Project. The Shymanivske Project is located near the city of Kryvyi Rih, in the Dnepropetrovsk Region of Ukraine near two large producing iron ore mines. The Project is surrounded by five other operating mines, including Metinvest's YuGOK and ArcelorMittal's iron ore complex. It holds an iron ore mining extraction permit over 2.56 square kilometers of land. Its subsidiary is Black Iron (Cyprus) Limited.

RE:RE:BW1 and MMI think that getting more option at lower prices is a kick in the butt for long term shareholders. Ask someone who paid over 1.00 a share if management should get rich by getting the share price to 1.00?
they have been given options at lower and lower prices. This is rewarding them for poor performance. Don’t give excuses. my boss wouldn’t accept them, why should we. I say they should be buying shares in the market like the rest of us. I think one director bought in the market lots of shares and has skin in the game. 
Management has been paid to do a job. Ask yourself if you lost 90% of your companies value should you get rewarded? I would be fired or not rewarded. Their options should be priced much higher. If they didn’t exercise their previous option they should not be given lower priced ones. They are being rewarded by getting the share price lower.
