Seriously, if you could buy every time it hit 17 and sell every time it hit 25, you would think you could get rich... but if you tried to buy anything substantial at 17 you would singlehandedly push the price to 21, and if you tried to sell at 25 you would singlehandedly depress the price to that same 21. Consequently, you just sort of sit on your position watching the price go up and down within a pretty large range and waiting for the eventual news that will bring a substantial and permanent offset.
