RE:RE:RE:Why are people paying .25 they will get only .13 for later?It could be that they are making SOX 'whole' again by paying the SOX $70MM of debt as a separate part of the transaction in cash (after, amongst other things, issuing $40MM worth of BIRD shares) but truly if I get 2 shares for each 1000 Sox shares I buy NOW at 24c that means the 11c differential  will take an enormous increase in BIRD share price to make up.
