I am jealous of your 55k of units of RioCan. My Goal is 120k of units of RioCan by this time next year to create a $20k monthly income


I got into KEY EIF at 10% yield while now I have nice capital gains on them and nice monthly income.  REI has been flat over the past 2 months. I don't see much upside in near future .. Will reduce my REI position. Even prv.un i have nice capital gain ...
