Yes on the surface that appears to be the case but not everything is at appears always.

David Wilson knows something we certainly don’t all know. I’m pretty sure he hasn’t showed his hand. He held a certain portion of acreage back when he sold Celtic to Exxon. He is a shrewd entrepreneur
