That's entirely understandable, fozzie, but there is a counter argument - if GQC don't get a move-on soon, there is a real danger of hostile takeover at a relatively low SP.

Not sure how to square the circle, but maybe a good start would be to put out a press release stating for example that the permit has been agreed in principle, or maybe that there are ongoing talks with the new government. We need positive news now, to ensure the SP continues to rise.
