Just sayinPost pandemic drop this is my best / fav, with a dividend that looks more reliable than many and still lots of upside, holding and enjoying probably until 2021.
Anal ists and pumpers like motley and their BPY can suck rocks.
MAy be a bit oversold but not compared to the market in general which is still stupid IMHO.
