I think this is indicative of more than just an earnings pullback. The markets are too lofty with a lot of of potential turmoil re employment and jobs numbers, looming flu season during a horrible pandemic, and political uncertainty to say the least. I wouldn't blame anyone for taking money off the table for a profit.
