So it looks like Morganti are now going after some of the upper management who knew or should have known that Wayland was a scam. For one, they are going after Paul Pathak, the ex Chairman of Wayland. They are hoping to collect north of $10 million but time will tell if they recover much. In any case, all it means to shareholders is a few cents on the dollar and maybe the satisfaction of seeing some of the unsavory characters suffer a little financial pain.
