The price you pay is relative...think of it this way, suppose you have $10,000 to invest and have two options....
.....buy a stock for 0.10 seems cheap and a great bargain but if the stock has no future than you will be holding on to that stock for years without any significant price appreciation. Heck you might even lose all your investment.
....buy a stock for $1 seems pricier than before and not a bargain but if the stock has a bright future, is PROFITABLE, has low share float, GREAT MANAGEMENT and in the RIGHT INDUSTRY and has the potential to scale (BIG TIME)....then you just got that stock for a bargain. Within 3 months, you will not be able to buy this anymore for $1.
My take is this, dont see how much cheaper you could have got the stock for....think how much more it can appreciate....
Remember a stock is only as good as it's future growth, if the future looks bright and the company is doing all the right things then sinificant stock price appreciation will follow in my opinion.....
