Let's get straight to the point. it's not Irwin's salary, it's APHA's stock price that's got everyone here riled up. If the stock price was $20-$30 would you still care about how much Irwin makes?
I've been following MJ market for the past 3 years and it is painfully obvious how heavily manipulated the market is. Banks, hedge funds, shorts, etc. Just last year shorts took home more than a $1 billion. I followed APHA transactions and CIBC (and TD later on) was the leading source of price manipulation.
APHA is producing quality products, it's increasing its market share, brands are selling well. With the (albeing painfully slow) increase in the number of Ontario stores, the sales will be improving every quarter. You don't have to take my word for it, a bit of DD will prove it. Dell. it is both the salary and stock price. Personally I could not care less as to what Klein earns. I have no skin in that game and besides Canopy has deeper pockets. We have rumours of whales, Cadillac SUVs and corporate jets landing in Windsor. Agree as to manipulation but I am sure some of the USA based companies have the same headwinds yet have created considerable shareholder value over the same term that IS has been at the helm. He is no more than a caretaker type CEO. We need someone with vision to move the company to the next level. Aphria could be a "FAANG" type investment in the North American sector, yet we remain toothless under the current leadership team.
