It's anybody's guess.

A merger makes allot of sense. It's clean and simple with the all old EMH.v ties cut.

With VFF.to share price at $6.50 they could easily swallow all of EMH.v at a ratio of 15:1 or even 10:1 and still walk away rockstars all around. 

Bloody hellll. EMH.v was primed to launch this week. Faaaaak!
