RE:1 MILLION INTO RIOCAN?I would. It's better than the rest in Canada. Even simple standalone Swiss chalet leases in Toronto would be worth 100x if and when they decide to densify these small banks Harvey's and Swiss locations.. 

other reits don't have that option in secondary markets where rent/condo prices would support such densification.
