RE:The Basic Numbers... ( Share Count )At least you're honest about the o/s shares. it's hard to believe anything lfscfa says like there's only "95,055,025" o/s when you can so quickly and honestly show there's really 135M o/s

The Private Placement was expected to create 200M more shares, creating a total of just over 1.2 Billion...
So when the 10:1 Reverse Split happened, it was expected that Peak's fully-diluted share count would be just over 120 Million...
BUT, as you might recall, the Private Placement was eventually revealed to be significantly OVER-subscribed, which is the biggest reason Peak's fully-diluted share count is now hovering around 140M ( 138.6M apparently )...
On that point, the over-subscription ALONE ( which raised $3.5M instead of $2M ), would've pushed the number from just over 120M to just over 135M...
So, it's NOT true that Peak has nearly doubled its share count since the RS, as you're attempting to suggest...
But yeah, the "bonus" PP cash raised DID increase Peak's fully-diluted share count by somewhere around 12 or 13%, and ( brace yourself ), I AGREE that it would be super helpful if Peak could finally be DONE with further dilution...
Peak did acknowledge we can expect to see HIGH expenses for the remainder of 2020, calling this an Expansion Year...
Thankfully, Expansion theoretically means more Revenue, but as usual, TIME will tell...
Looking forward to Wednesday...
