Seems to me they still need more time. Probably takes a few months to get that equipment delivered, few more months to install and then commissioned, hence the mid 2021 date. Is there a partner at this stage? seems like not, but hope im wrong soon.

No mention of sales growth for 2020 or 2021.
no mention of cannabis or insulin i believe
mtl research delayed till october for readmitting
