Not sure, but I think serous buyout offers have to be presented to the shareholders, CEO or not James does not have that authority afforded to him, the board and then the shareholders make that call. Although that conversation isn't the topic for today. We need James to build this baby, create connections, sign deals, get Aristotle to market, create real value then and only then should we be concerned about a buyout.
