IMHO, I don't see an issue with this.  CZO knows what equipment to purchase and how to tweak it, they have enough capital to do it alone as well.  The input from any potential customer would be the capacity of the equipment to assure adequate commercial volumes. I'm fairly certain the choice to set up a commerical plant in Germany is based on "customer" input.

I could be totally wrong, but this looks like a great opporunity to add to positions.  No different than when this dropped to sub 30 during the COVID panic sell in spring.
