They are real.  The process has been made much more effective by doing procedures concurrently instead of consecutively so that no safety removed.  Moderna is my bet with 20MM doses ready by end of October.  
Probem is that the Democrats want to slow this process down claiming that they are worried about safety when it looks more like politics to me.  
Patience is needed now.  I am very confident that RioCan will surge.  September and October are always hard times in the markets.  And with so many tests, there are also a lot of false positives added to the numbers.  Could be as high as 1% false positives.  Therefore, it is really BS that politicians are threatening another lockdown. Crazy.
