RE:RE:2020

RE:RE:2020OptGreen post from Feb 19 2020.
OptGreen wrote: Not sure where you got the $48mil for FY2020 from jf, they have ~$20mil in sales and ~$42.5mil in inventory the first half of the period, with the majority of their shelf space empty for the period...even if they stay the current course of production they will be north of $40mil for the period.

This while they are in the midst of a material change in operations from B2B to in-house packaging and supply that should be complete or close to this quarter...if they have product on the shelves starting this quarter and for FQ4/20, we should see $80- $100mil for FY2020. FY2021 would then be well north of $200mil at full production.

As long as they get to full production with the product wrapped and on the shelf by next quarter their burn rate will be covered by revenues early in FY2021, as they achieve positive cash flow long before most in the sector.

There was nothing in the verbiage of last report that suggests that they are not on track for guidance numbers other than not giving hard numbers to end of FY2020....the installation of the packaging system appears to be the main issue, not long term concerns and getting their distribution network established will be honed over the near term once up to full production. More importantly they are not losing ground to the rest in the sector and FIRE will be in much better standing overall in the line up left a year out, JMHO...Opt
