 This is exactly what happened and all these sellers never bothered to check if the information was correct. In fact some users here kept parroting the incorrect info while it was presented to them further driving the price down over two days.

I found the video of the interview on Youtube and it was clearly in favor of GQC and mining in the DR. In fact in the Youtube comments there is a hispanic remark on the benifit that mining has brought to the community. People need good paying jobs.
