RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:What a good deal The whole mj sector is down Golden12. The PSF deal worked out for both parties. VFF got what they wanted all along and EMH won't have to keep looking over their shoulder as they move forward with their plans. I would expect that you would be satisfied by that.
The $80MM price tag was substantially more than what was rumoured by yourself and others on the VFF side but overall it works in the best interests of both sides.
The Verdlite deal covers the cash component of that purchase and EMH holds the ability to distribute into Quebec. Both sides get something in that deal as well.
In the end EMH will have cash in hand and a more streamlined, focused operation in full production moving forward. Not a bad position to be in compared to many others who will continue to be burdened with overwhelming debt for some time to come.
