RE:Ncib

RE:Ncibshawshank ... insiders sell for a variety of reasons. What's more telling is that Shenoor, the selling insider, is a trustee. Meanwhile, the CEO and CFO bought during spring, and the CFO added more last month. Management buying their own shares is what you want to see in a public company. It's a different sort of commitment, and vote of confidence, when you have skin in the game.

The CFO has more knowledge and understanding regarding a company's current and future performance than anyone. And he's committed to the company unlike a Trustee who may come and go, or at least is not involved in day to day operations. REITs across the board were hammered last week. Friday and today is bounceback. This is why, with fundamentally sound companies, you stay invested. Timing when to get in and out of the market is little more than a guessing game.
