RE:My credit cards are below 1% a yearLet this be a lesson to all....this is why real estate investors should stick to real estate. They expect stocks to behave similarly, then lose thier money when it fails to keep going up every year like they expect.
In any case, I don't beleive anything whisky says anymore. Been caught lying too many times. All he has is debt, losses, and a poor hungry wife after putting her life savings into N over $4.

I buy inexpensive real estate, if it's land I improve it building the road planting tree and sell it.
Yesterday I work my a$$ off planting 140 fruit trees and bushes on my investment property.
It give me money exercise and being close to the nature.
In my older post I said( I think less than 3 years ago) that I will need cash to buy real estate in Muskoka Ontario and in Nova Scotia Canada that's why I had to sell 35% or so my Namaste stock.. The same time I bought 200 feet on South China Sea, all of the above was cash purchase.
Guess what, property in Muskoka brought me as of today 300% return, Asia little bit less I'm not so sure about Nova Scotia.
Real estate guy explain me that the people will work at home, so bunch of friends or families are looking for larger pieces of land to build homestead, that's why the price skyrocket.
If you call today visa and ask them for a lower interest to transfer balance from another Credit card you will get 0.99% interest rate for 10 months or maybe one year.
