He's an opportunist. Used the Cdn capital mkts as a source of cash to fund US ops. Rolo was handed a silver platter but failed miserably. Blaim Health Canada, blame being locked up with Moosehead forever, blame no patents, etc as the problem. IMO, Pubco couldn't deliver under the watchful eye of Rolo, so now Sen is left with little options, one of which is to turtle and take it all back next month.
