Its Montney Formation is a shale gas and shale oil resource. The Montney formation in the Wapiti area is a thick (200m+) section of hydrocarbon-charted fine-grained reservoir found at depths ranging from 2,500-3,500m.

RE:RE:Hostile takeover by Paramountnot saying i'm for or against a POU take over.. but putting things into perspective, they now own almost 20% of NVA.  The remaining 80% at todays market cap would cost $125MM which POU could technically purchase through the open market with their remaining $225MM of credit.  It would be a very accretive acquisition given that it would provide 78% more production and upto 46% FCF @ WTI $50 next year.  .. Almost pays for itself.

obviously POU wouldn't be able to purchas the company whole at current SP without triggering takeover evaluations.. but just food for thought.
