RE:What's in it for us??OR was trading $12.90 on sep 3, 2019, days before the announced take out of Barkerville.  Theoretical value increase in royalty companies since that date averaged approx. + 46%
Translate projected price appreciation into OR =  $18.80
current price after announcement  $16.55. 
underperformance relative to group (13.6%)
narrow the gap....yeah

Still not sure what the implied value is on newco.  Shares will hit the market at what value? shares will be dumped by more than a few shareholders and more dilution will occur
