Peak and BYG have also been in talks to bring Peak's Lending Hub commercial lending solutions to BDC's thousands of online retail clients. An agreement to that end between Peak and BYG is likely to come in the form of a joint venture, in preparation of which Peak closed today's announced private placement.

Even though this results in peak getting a cut of the profit, they must feel they will qualify more people or businesses for loans, and Baidu will sell more.  I don't know....can someone correcty me?  Is this illustration appropriate...accurate ?  I will phone the CEO, and see.  But if it is....wowzers....it seems peak should do well.  Maybe it is the next SUPER stock..
