Great Bear Resources Ltd. is a Vancouver-based gold exploration company focused on advancing its 100% owned Dixie project in Northwestern Ontario, Canada. A significant exploration drill program is currently underway to define the mineralization within a large-scale, high-grade disseminated gold discovery made in 2019, the LP Fault. RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Rights being offer for Great Bear RoyaltiesForget about the future revenue stream for the time being, they need to raise some money to keep the Co. going and the only way to do that is to issue more stock. They are offering the current shareholders the first right of refusal on the issue, take it or leave it. If you want to retain the same percentage interest in the Co. you need to buy the same amount of stock you now hold and that's the offer they are making to you. If you own 10,000 shares you can buy another 10,000 shares @ .15 each. and doing this would maintain your current percentage of ownership in the Co. and it's future revenue.
If you don't buy into it then you'll be diluted down by everyone else who is buying and your interest in any future income will be cut in half.
