I already tied my own noose with similar numbers a couple weeks back. The numbers are impressive for Chinook if we get anywhere close to the acres and height suggested.
I have to say I find it odd that TXP has not provide any guidance to investors on pre-drill expectations since 2018ish. With 3D seismic, the Shell logs and some ideas of the characteristics of the Herrera nearby, one would think TXP would be in a good position to provide a loose P90 – P50 – P10 as far as the size of prospect. I would have thought there would be a benefit to explaining to non-E&P investors the risk/reward of these wells. Instead all we get is a slide on shell wells drilled in the 1950s with many 100s of feet of possible pay.
In any case we will know about Chinook soon enough.
