coulda done the deal around 1.5, or about 50% greater than where we are now, just a few weeks ago. or in the .70's a month or so ago. why now? whats changed since sept 15 prezzy? the need for money? or an elusive deal that got kicked down the road?

the good new is that the recent PP announced, closing Jan of 2021, won't be an dadditional 10% DILUTION. it'll drop down to more like 7-8% since we just DILULTED SOME MORE.
