The Company develops therapies to treat progressive kidney disease modulated by aberrant purine and uric acid metabolism in orphan disease indications, such as autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD), as well as type 2 diabetic nephropathy (T2DN) and fatty liver disease. The Company's XRx-008 program is designed for longer term stable chronic oral dosing of xanthine oxidase inhibitors.

RE:XORTX Is Definitely OversoldYeah, not happy with the endless slide downwards in share price. But I will hold as I believe the future is solid for the drugs in the pipeline. But we will definitely be waiting for awhile.  Potential covid treatment for kidneys won't mean anything in price unless they actually get approved and patients get the drug and show that the drug from Xortx works. Might be a good time to pick up a few more.
