I really hope this merger is legit... for everone's sake! I am concerned that IF Dixie is a scam... or up to no good.... the extended halt has given the "powers that be" more opportunity to hide assests or divert funds. It's known that Chuck and Tripp come from Real estate beginnings... but "Bell Rock brands" and "Bella Terra Real Estate Holdings"... seems a little too coincidental given the situation and players.
