RE:RE:RE:Consumer Spending SMASHI took my daughter and her friend to the mall last night, for a Thursday in october ot was pretty busy, I met them over at the food court which had line ups at pretty much every food place. I think your maybe being a little dramatic Tommy lol. Sounds a bit like you want in here for a few. I dont own it yet either as I've been buying another reit but keeping an eye. Cheers

Not sure Canada is the same.. I visited some malls and they were quiet.  Maybe on-line retail is where the spending is.  I noticed a lot of closed retail stores.  These were not RioCan places though. 


Agreed. I think the US is running up their debt more than Canada is to provide stimulus. The next 12 to 18 months for RioCan is going to be absolutely brutal :(
