I bet there is a blackout for management and board (AGM and Q3 results) otherwise I suspect Earlston would have snapped this up.

There are still some former dc.pr.e shareholders out there who are likely motivated to sell.  Dundee knows this and I think they are planning for an eventual buyback (NCIB or SIB) as noted in the AGM materials today.
