John Charles Richard Cumming is Independent Director of Elcora Resources Corp. Mr. Cumming graduated from Kings College, University of London with a Masters of Law. Mr. Cumming is a corporate, securities and mining lawyer and businessman, and has been active in the Canadian securities markets and resource exploration sector since 1978. Until 1992, Mr. Cumming was the senior securities and mining law partner at a mid-sized Vancouver law firm. Mr. Cumming is a director and Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and General Counsel of Merrex Gold Inc. and a director of Yaletown Entertainment Corporation, which was de-listed in July 2010. He was previously a director of Net Soft Systems Inc. (now Rhys Resources Limited), director and President of ComWest Enterprise Corp. and director and Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Frontline Gold Corp.
