RE:RE:IF...Valid points Doc but I would approach the question more from what is the downside rather than from the scientific side.
Most people here that would have sold at $0.60 would have doubled their money I think. If it were me I would buy back 100% at the very least and probably more.
I would buy 100% because even if it went to zero you still make money. And I would probably buy more because what is the downside here? Mathematically it is 14 cents but is that reality? I have never seen a real company go to zero and there is value in the patents.
So I would approach it from the pure numbers side rather than the scientific side because if I weren't 100% in on the science, and you know more about that than I do, I would have at least lightened up instead of adding at a price that the manipulators are adding at.
I hope I'm right.

If you were going to re-enter how many would you buy back right now?
100% ?
200% ?
Would you put it all back in and buy 4X the shares you had with the same money?
Just curious.
Trying to guage confidence with this question.
I would probably just buy back my 200,000 shares TBH.
Hmmm...Is this a trick question? ; )
Considering that all of the initial 12 patients were significantly under treated & we were still able to generate an almost 60% response at 90 days & a 25% CR, I would certainly have one hand fully extended & loaded with cash. My other hand would be extended, but agonizingly empty & begging for some valid results...based on proper study protocols.
Though I try to keep emotional discontent to a minimum, I cannot ignore the reality of their history & prior shortcomings/mistakes. Once I have seen they have learned from their history, I'm all in. IMO, our science/drug was never broken...just the process/individuals trying to prove it. The fruit of patience can sometimes be bittersweet. Fortunately for us, I believe we've already tasted the bitterness. Good luck...
