Does It Get Any Better

Does It Get Any Betterthan PRV reporting 99.5% rent collection for three consecutive months during a pandemic? I hold several reits and PRV has been the best performer since March/April, nearly doubling sp off its low. Modest dividend reduction but sitll paying near 10% currently, with much additional room for sp growth.This is one of my conservative holdings where I'm happy to continue holding, collect dividend and watch sp slowly grow.; also believing that once pandemic passes, reits will take off especially bc low to negative interest rates will be here for a long time. For fireworks, I hold gold and US cannabis stocks.
