Believe it or not, the shareholders are actually the owners of a public company (Shares of ownership) and those clowns at the top of some of these companies that act like they own it and spend your money like pigs eating at a trough are actually your contract employees. You (re)elect them (or not) at your AGM. I am including last years results and your upcoming events schedule.

BTW, someone asked if there were minimum financial standards for staying listed on the TSX. The answer to that is "Yes" but you are presently so far from it that even in the worst case it would not be worth starting to discuss until the latter part of 2021.
