Financing would seem unnecessary as they have a decent amount of cash on hand and a much lower burn rate.
I wouldn't be opposed to a reverse split but they probably would have included the proposal with the shareholder meeting a few weeks away. The only thing on the ballot are the directors and the auditor appointment.
I don't think the problem is that the market knows something and the stock is trading weak in response to that. It's more likely there is little to no fundamental work being done by anyone with real capital so it's an information vacuum and frustrated longs are giving up.
The good think is that the float cap is so tiny that it doesn't take much to move it the other way if new buying comes in.
