RE:Uplisting to a US market soon!Royal,
If was a US IB and was going to participate in a Ceapro financing, I would know that it will not be done at these prices, it really is that simple.
So, what would I do? I would be buying the stock as we speak and accumulating at a lower price in the anticipation that the financing price will be at a minimum of $1 US or higher. There is a lot of green in between so if I were to slowly (within reason) accumulate, I could quite likley pick up at least million shares below $1 US and greatly reduce my purchase price.
I keep hearing that the stock is illiquid. Was it not illiquid in 2016 when it ran from $.40 to $2.45? I don't think so. So, why is it deemed to be illiquid now? I have yet to see any real buying come into the stock so tell me about it being illiquid when 200k shares of buying pushes the stock back to new recent highs. Until then, you are simply missing the buying aspect, there are plenty of sellers.
